Mission Statement

'THE MISSION STATEMENT OF THE WORD OF CHURCH P.A.W. INC.

The Word of God Church P.A.W. Inc. is a place where one can worship in the Spirit of Liberty and Experience a Supernatural Move of God. Our main objective is to teach and preach the uncompromised full gospel and to see lives empowered and changed through the reality of the Lord Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Ghost. Our desire is to provide a spiritual community to impact the WHOLE MAN (spiritually, economically, socially, and physically.) We intend to remain in the inner city to rescue those adrift on a sea of hopelessness and redeem the souls of many who do not realize they are in bondage. Except we succeed in reestablishing a legacy of dignity, nobility and wealth in the present generation, we will have lost the battle of the soul of the next generation. We aim to bridge the gap that divides us as a people and minister to all ages, nationalities, races, and cultural backgrounds. We are committed to being a haven of restoration for those lives which have been wounded, hurt, bruised, and cast away. We are a body of believers that is consistently striving for EXCELLENCE IN MINISTRY!

Beliefs

THE WORD OF GOD CHURCH P.A.W INC. STATEMENT OF BELIEFS

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible (having no error) written word of God.

We believe that there is One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism; One God and Father of all.

We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture (Jesus Christ's Returning) of the Church of God, which is in Christ Jesus at His return.

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance (a change of heart), faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ and being baptized in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ according to Acts 2:38.

We believe that the regeneration (renewal) by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the redemptive (act of repurchasing or freedom) work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.

We believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost according to Acts 2:4 is given to believers who ask for it.

W e believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost, by whose indwelling (Christlike inner spirit), the Christian is enabled, (or has the opportunity), to live a holy and separated life in this present world.
